All our plans include unlimited data. Pricing includes GST.
The install fee applies to any new wireless connections. It covers installation, an antenna and a router. Extra charges may apply for non-standard installs, we will inform you prior to any work done. Our routers are only covered by 12 month manufacturers warranty in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Stated speeds are based on theoretical maximums and actual speeds will be affected by various factors e.g. NZ and overseas networks, your modem, internal home wiring, device WiFi capability and weather.
If you don’t meet our criteria or you need a faster plan, Gisborne.net is our broadband wholesaler.
They provide wireless internet directly to anyone along the East Coast for $86.25 incl GST.
